Imaginary Landscape Embroidery Workshop by

Add a dash of homely warmth to tea-time with a hand-sewn coaster or use it as a mini wall hanging to bring joy to your space!

In this workshop, we will introduce the traditional craft of hand embroidery and the basic techniques to sew a landscape coaster/mini wall-hanging.

Learn how to transfer images onto fabric and try your hand at simple linework and filling stitches sewing it up into your own masterpiece. Pattern sheet of motifs will be provided for inspiration but you are also welcome to design your own imaginary landscape :)

Choose from 2 different colour-ways: Land (green with light blue) or Sea (dark blue with light blue).

Recommendations for clothing: As the gold leaf will fly in different directions, it is better not to wear black if you do not want to "get sparkle”.

Embroider-mending workshop with ! Dive into the art of repairing your garments and other personal fabric articles! 
 
In this workshop, we explore how to mend your textiles creatively with embroidery techniques. A variety of methods will be introduced to cover up holes/stains and prevent tears from getting bigger.
 
Drawing inspirations from age-old textile-repair traditions like boroboro in Japan or Kantha in India (or the old-school thrifty habits of our grandparents!), the movement of visible mending is growing.
 
What you will learn:
Various mending methods including: patching and darning Hand-embroidery stitches for creative mending: running stitch, whip stitch, blanket stitch, woven stitch

Christmas Glass Painting Workshop -SAT 18 Dec 10am-1230pm
$80 per pax

Create your own beautiful Christmas wine glass, hand painted by yourself! Gorgeous wine glass décor for a gift or your table! Learn the technique for glass plates, vases and coffee cups and paint more beautiful glasses back home.

In this workshop, you will learn how to use the materials to paint 1 wine glass.
You will need to let the paint dry for 24 hours, before placing it in your oven at 150 degrees for 15 mins to set the paint.

All materials and tools will be provided during the class.
