Creating, contributing and caring for our world—one tote bag at a time! 🌏♻️

Earlier this year, during their Social Studies lesson, our P3 students transformed old T-shirts into reusable tote bags, giving them a new lease of life while turning waste into something useful and meaningful.

Through this hands-on experience, our students discovered how simple, everyday actions can make a difference—and that everyone has a part to play in building a more sustainable future. 🌱

They’ve prepared, practised and put in the work. Today, we hope they walk in with confidence, take their time, listen carefully and simply give it their best.

This National Day, the Beacon family comes together in red and white to celebrate the home we share and the people who make it special.

As Singapore turns 61, may we continue to dream boldly, care deeply and go beyond; together as one.

Learning and bonding filled the classroom as Beacons dived into a meaningful FTGP lesson before wrapping things up with some fun, helping each other apply temporary tattoos.

A heartfelt shoutout to our incredible parent volunteers for making these experiences so meaningful for the children, bringing boundless energy and joy to our recess activities all week as we celebrated National Day, honouring Majulah Singapura! 🇸🇬✨

Our creative Beacons took their art beyond the classroom by bringing this year’s SG61 logo to life! Using the official logo outline, students designed and filled in the interior artwork to create a vibrant piece of community art for Shine Space.

Seeing our students use their art to brighten up shared spaces and bring people together is what “Majulah Singapura, Go Beyond!” is all about. 🇸🇬

We officially kicked off our National Day celebrations today! Our school came alive as our talented Ukulele and Choir teams led the entire school in harmony, reminding us just how strong we are when we sing and stand together as one. 🎶

This year’s celebration is extra special as we mark 60 years of our National Pledge. Our teachers took the stage to host an interactive quiz, helping our Beacons better understand, reflect on, and appreciate the pledge that has anchored our nation for six decades.
