Bismillah.

Bismillah | The Scholars Sanctuary.
Behind the scenes of Unconventional Duḥa Research, a quiet vision is unfolding —
a digital zawiyah where scholarship breathes, research becomes remembrance.

For the past few months, I’ve been quietly working, designing on a project close to my heart —

Unconventional Duha Research: The Institute for Islamic Psychology and Tawhidic Integration.

It’s envisioned as a digital zawiyah —
a space where knowledge and soul meet,
where learning returns to its sacred rhythm,
and where thinkers, seekers, and visionary can pause to reflect.

In this sanctuary, research is not the pursuit of novelty, but the uncovering of divine order — the fitrah of things, places within the tapestry of Tawḥīd.

This website will host reflections and writings exploring the Qur’anic paradigm of knowledge — through khayāl (imagination), baṣīrah (insight), and ilhām (divine inspiration).

It hopes to bridge the academic and the contemplative — a space for those who seek meaning beyond method.

It’s still being built — gently, slowly —
but I pray that when it opens, it feels like stepping into a quiet garden of thought,
where every theorem, every verse, every question, points back to Al-Hakim — The Source of All Meaningful Knowledge.

🕊️ Launching soon, Bithnillah.

Bismillah | Reviving the Polymath Webinar
Title : Reclaiming ʿIlm al-Nafs: The Polymathic Legacy and the Role of the Islamic Psychologist.

A 2-hour live webinar with Nuraishah Binte Ibrahim
📅 Date: 19th December 2025
🕒 Time: 7pm + GMT
💻 Platform: Zoom (link upon registration)
💰 Investment : USD $15 | SGD $20 | IDR 250, 000
🌻 Language : English

About the Webinar

In every golden age of Islam, the scholars was never one-dimensional. Al-Rāzī was both physician and philosopher. Ibn Sīnā wrote of medicine and metaphysics in the same breath. Al-Ghazālī wove psychology into theology, and Ibn al-Qayyim fused fiqh with spiritual medicine.

These were not scattered pursuits — they were expressions of tawḥīd itself: knowledge as one, reality as one, truth as one.

Yet in our modern age, this unity has been fragmented. Psychology speaks of the mind without the soul, and spirituality speaks of the heart without the intellect. Muslim professionals often find themselves between worlds — fluent in both, rooted in neither.

This webinar invites you to reclaim the integrated vision of the polymath —
to rediscover the Tawḥidic worldview as the foundation of psychological practice and healing.

Speaker

Nuraishah Binte Ibrahim
Researcher, Islamic Asatizah, student Islamic psychologist and educator focusing on Islamic psychology, moral philosophy, and epistemology — particularly the recovery of ḥikmah in modern psychological practice. How to apply this worldview in practice through the Dawrat Al Ghazaliah method of elm, knowledge production

Spiritual and ethical grounding to serve the Ummah with clarity, mercy, and balance.

🌌 Reflection — Up to 300 Āyāt Kauniyyah
Elhamdulillāh, we have now journeyed through 300 verses of the Qur’an’s āyāt kauniyyah (cosmic, natural, and scientific signs) as explained by Shaykh Tantāwī Jauharī in al-Jawāhir fī Tafsīr al-Qur’ān al-Karīm.

🔭 From the sun, moon, and stars …
⛰ to the mountains and rivers …
🌧 to the rain and clouds …
🕊 to the bees, birds, ants, and even the spider’s web …

— each has revealed itself as a curriculum of knowledge, a living classroom of tawḥīd.

Shaykh Tantāwī reminds us: neglecting these signs is not just intellectual laziness, but spiritual blindness. To study creation is to study revelation.

💡 Takeaway:
These 300 āyāt are not “science verses” — they are mandates for Muslims to lead in astronomy, geology, biology, agriculture, and more — but always with Allah as the ultimate goal.

🌙 Today, let us rest with gratitude: the Qur’an is not a book of dry law, but a living ocean of signs. Tomorrow, insh’Allah, we continue with another five batches (321–420), uncovering more of its wonders.
