Grow your network and partnership with us! One of the strongest proof of SP's success is its successful alumni.

Each and every successful alumnus reflects a successful institution. With over 55 years of history, SP has come a long way. An SP diploma speaks of a fine sterling education. An SP alumnus stands out from the crowd as somebody who dares to try and dares to do. From the early Prince Edward Campus days in the sixties and early seventies, the SP alumnus has been known to be a risk-taker, not averse to rolling up his sleeves to get on with the work or step out of his comfort zone.

πŸš€ The Capability Advantage: Redesign to Reskill for Competitive Edge

As AI, automation, and digitalisation reshape work, organisations can no longer rely on headcount growth or static job roles. The new competitive edge comes from building capabilities, redesigning work, and reskilling talent for higher-value, tech-augmented roles.

The Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP), in partnership with Singapore Polytechnic's School of Business, is running the 4th edition of the Jobs-Skills Insights Survey; exploring how organisations are responding to this shift and where capability gaps are emerging across skills-first workforce planning, job redesign, reskilling practices and organisational readiness.

Your insights will help to surface real-world skills-first practices and gaps across industries, inform practical recommendations for HR and business leaders, and shape thought leadership on redesigning work to stay competitive.

Who Should Participate?
πŸ‘©β€πŸ’Ό HR professionals
πŸ† Business leaders and people managers
🌱 Early- and mid-career professionals involved in workforce planning, job redesign, or transformation
