With years of research and development, INA has nearly 300 patented technologies with independent intellectual property rights and a large number of software copyrights. It is a high-tech enterprise that conducts independent design and independent research and development, and custom-make system software for customers. INA's intelligent production management system (IPMS), which provides factory planning solutions for manufacturing enterprises, has been marketed globally and has maintained the leading position in sales in the industry for many years. Through over 30 years of development, INA has become the global leader of the garment hanger system industry. In India, we have built a world class facility for Welspun India Ltd., one of the largest home textile manufacturers in India. We have also signed a contract with Dubai's Velocity Apparel Companies Plc to supply our 7R Intelligent Hanger Systems to the company’s factory in Ethiopia. In China, we have become the biggest player in the garment production equipment industry and engaged in a number of high-profile projects in the past few years. In Shandong, we have reached an USD9.23 million contract with RUYI Group to build a highly-customised production factory. By using our 8R Intelligent Hanger Systems to collect real-time production data and synchronise with the factory’s resource management systems, we have designed the total solutions that cover every sector of the production, including raw material storage and preparation, cutting, accessory sorting, cross-unit transportation, sewing, pressing, finished product transportation, sorting, matching and intelligent storage. In Zhejiang, we have designed the total solutions for the Saint Angelo Group’s Wenzhou factory. Using our 7R Intelligent Hanger Systems, the solutions cover the transportation of the cut pieces, accessory sorting, sewing, finished product transportation, sorting, matching and intelligent storage. Our goal is to become the first choice of the production equipment supplier for the garment and textile manufacturers globally by providing both state-of-the-art production equipment and value-added services, including tailor-made total solutions, balanced production training, production efficiency analysis and management, as well as around-the-clock consultation and customer service. We are continuously strengthening our technological know-how by expanding our R&D activities and through mergers and acquisitions, bringing our capabilities for total solutions to a higher level, and thus maintain our leading position in this area.

At the exhibition, INA Intelligent showcased its integrated factory solution built on “hanging logistics + ground coordination + AI data brain,” highlighting the evolution of smart manufacturing.

Focusing on the needs of overseas clients, INA starts from the early stage of factory planning, using the hanger system as the core link to connect the entire workflow—from cutting and sewing to finishing—achieving true end-to-end coordination.

Addressing Three Key Pain Points:
• Reducing communication costs across multiple vendors
• Eliminating data silos with closed-loop data flow
