Aniq’s love for science and healthcare began in secondary school 💚. While exploring courses on TP’s website, MBT stood out as his gateway into the healthcare world 🏥.

For his EAE application, Aniq went all in by doing in-depth research about the course and industry and channelled everything he learned into a write-up that reflected his passion 🔍💡.

At TP, Aniq honed his leadership skills in the Medical Biotechnology Interest Group 🎯, volunteered for events where he brought science to life for the community 🔬 and actively mentors his juniors 🤝.

Now, he aims to pursue a Nursing degree at the Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT) 📚, with a mission to use everything he’s learned in TP to make a meaningful impact on others 🫶🏼.

In this multidisciplinary field of mathematics, chemistry, physics, biology and engineering, you’ll discover how raw materials are processed to create the products used in our daily lives. These include fuels, paints, biodegradable plastics, medicines, cosmetics, personal care products, food, water, and many others. Your education goes beyond classrooms and laboratories. You’ll also undergo work-based learning in our state-of-the-art facilities to acquire a range of scientific and engineering skills and a six-month internship to apply your knowledge and skills in the industry.

In Year 3, choose your specialisation in Applied Chemistry, Sustainable Energy & Chemical Production, Pharmaceuticals & Biologics Manufacturing, Semiconductor Technology or Technical Sales & Marketing. In addition, you have the option to join the University Pathway Programme (SUTD), which allows you to take university modules during your final year and gain conditional admission into Singapore University of Technology and Design, shortening the time needed to get your degree. The holistic training in this course will enable you to embark on a rewarding career in many growing sectors, including petrochemical, speciality chemical, pharmaceutical, energy, semiconductor, environment and water industries.
