"Why does the world need a Piano Day? for many reasons. But mostly, because it doesn't hurt to celebrate the piano and everything around it:
performers, composers, piano builders, tuners, movers and most importantly, the listener." -Nils Frahm

Fun fact! World Piano Day takes place on the 88th day of the year, because of the number of keys of the instrument celebrated.

King George's Music Academy would like to wish all our Piano students & teachers, as well as Pianist, Composers, Piano builders & Tuners around the world, a very wonderful World Piano Day!
