Singha Rinpoche will be conducting a Special Naga Puja, bringing the community together in prayer and practice for the benefit of the Nagas, all beings and our environment.
🌏In the Buddhist tradition, Nagas are powerful beings closely connected with the natural environment. Through Naga Puja, offerings and prayers are made to benefit the Nagas, purify negative karma and cultivate greater harmony with the natural world.
Benefits of this ritual include:
🔸Promoting the healing of mind and body
🔸Purifying negative karma and non-virtuous actions associated with illnesses and obstacles
🔸Creating favourable conditions for those experiencing depression, skin diseases, cancer and other illnesses
🔸Cultivating greater harmony with our environment
🔸Praying to avert natural disasters and irregular weather patterns
🙏For this Puja, Rinpoche has personally guided the preparation and steps for a special offering to the Nagas, which will be made by participants on-site at the ceremony.
All are encouraged to join Rinpoche in this meaningful Dharma activity and dedicate the merits towards benefiting the Nagas, the well-being of all beings and greater harmony with our environment. 🙏
🌱For those attending on-site: Please observe a pure vegetarian diet from 6am until the completion of the Puja, and avoid wearing leather products during the ceremony.
