This week special, the students are serving "chicken chasseur". It is a classic braised chicken French dish with an espagnole base.

New dish created by the young chefs! The Char Siew Royale! It consist of spƤtzle, 6-hours braised pork belly and finished off with char siew glaze and poached egg !
