On a personal note — as the club's VP of Public Relations, I've had the privilege of serving alongside Chitra on the EXCO. She always knew exactly what she set out to achieve, and pursued it with remarkable consistency. She has been, without doubt, one of the pillars of our committee this year. 🙌

Heartiest congratulations to Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) Vincent Chen on earning the prestigious Triple Crown! 👑

What is the Triple Crown? It's a special recognition awarded to members who complete three or more education awards within a single Toastmasters year — a remarkable display of commitment, consistency, and a genuine love of learning. To put that into perspective: most Toastmasters take around a full year to complete just one pathway. Vincent completed three pathways in one year. 🤯

Vincent, your drive to keep growing — while generously lifting up those around you — embodies everything our club stands for. Three milestones in one year is no small feat, and we couldn't be prouder.

We're delighted to announce that our club has earned the Smedley Distinguished Club Award for the 2025–2026 Toastmasters year — and has been named Top Club of the Year in Division P! 🏆

The Smedley Award is the highest level of club recognition in Toastmasters International's Distinguished Club Program — celebrating elite performance in membership growth, educational achievement, and operational excellence. In other words, it's awarded to clubs that fire on all cylinders. ⭐

These honours reflect the dedication and growth of every member who showed up, spoke up, and supported one another on the journey toward becoming better communicators and leaders.

To our members: thank you for your courage at the lectern and your generosity in mentoring others — you made this possible. To our committee and mentors: your leadership turned shared goals into real milestones.

Huge shoutout to Eric for an incredible run as a finalist at the District 80 Table Topics Contest during yesterday’s District 80 Annual Conference! Congrats to Eric for representing us on the big stage. While no trophy today, he absolutely captured our hearts with a powerful story about how true freedom comes with the responsibility to be kind to others. We are so proud of you, champion! ❤️

A big thanks to our lead trainer Hyder and Kin for kick-starting the workshop with a practical, action-oriented structure and plenty of hands-on activities. ✨ Day 1 set a strong, engaging tone, and we’re just getting started. Stay tuned—more sessions are on the way, and we’re excited to see the impact you’ll create! 🚀🎯
