We are very excited to be adding Musical Theatre to our line up for 2023! We have 2 new classes on Saturday and Sunday for little performers aged 9-12yo.
Our Musical Theatre classes are designed to foster a love of song, dance, musicianship & drama through the art of storytelling. Through popular Musical Theatre repertoire hailing from the Golden Age to the present, your performer will have the opportunity to explore their love of all things performance & hone their skills as a triple threat!

TROUPE TRIALS !
On Saturday 19th November, we will be holding Troupe Trials for those wishing to join our competition team for 2023.
Our Troupes have enjoyed phenomenal success over the years and provide the students with regular on-stage performance opportunities.
As well as developing the student’s technical skills and teamwork, the competition process includes makeup, costumes, performing, friendships and a whole lot of fun!

We are very excited to be welcoming Abbie to the Stepping Out family.
Having just relocated to Singapore from Australia, Abbie comes with a wealth of professional dance experience. She has recently worked both as a performer producing her own works and as a dance and vocal teacher for the West Australian Performance School in Perth, WA.
She is keen to share her love of dance with all the budding young dancers at Stepping Out Studios and we are looking forward to seeing her in the Studio in the new year.

GET THE BEAT 2022 RESULTS
This time two weeks ago we were right in the middle of our first live competition in over two years - GTB.
There was much anticipation, to say the least, as everyone worked tirelessly to prepare for our return to on-stage performances.
Making it through the first day, there was a great sense of elation from all the students and being back on that stage in front of a live audience was thrilling!
Through the multiple disruptions we experienced in the lead up, no one never gave up and instead everyone worked harder and pushed themselves beyond their limits. We are extremely proud of each and every one of you and the results achieved. Congratulations!
A special mention to Leigh Ann and Ashleigh who qualified for Gala and for Leigh Ann who received Junior Runner up. Such a massive achievement!
We would also like to acknowledge everyone else who participated in the competition. You are all winners in our eyes and the fact you performed on stage in front of a live audience is an achievement in itself. Well done!
