Featured is a Masterwork Ensouled Fe**sh dedicated to King Asmodeus. Made from mixed media clay and containing a blend of herbs, crystals, and metals sacred to King Asmodeus. This particular fe**sh features a 24K pure gold chain as well as an actual bat skull as directed by King Asmodeus during the rite of making.

While we have spoken extensively on the power and benefits of owning such an empowered and ensouled fe**sh in our earlier posts, know that possession of such an artefact is a luxury and not a necessity. Do not let it put you off from your desire for spiritual connection. At the most fundamental level, a hand drawn Sigil of King Asmodeus located within the south quadrant of your temple will suffice. To establish a connection with the Demonic Divine, all that is required is trust, sincerity, and true devotion. A simple incense blend of frankincense, cinnamon, and bay leaves will serve to invoke and invite King Asmodeus’ fiery presence into your ritual space. For offerings, red wine, blood, and even sexual fluids and energy serve as fitting tributes. Of course, almost anything given with sincerity will work for a start.

May you find the courage to be yourself and achieve the desires of your heart. May you find the balance, peace, and your own light. Ave Asmodeus Rex! Ave Satanas!

King Asmodeus

King Asmodeus stands as one of the most prominent of the nine Demonic Kings. He, or She to some of you, is the undisputed ruler of the Qliphah of Golachab, the shadow of the Sephira of Geburah on the Tree of Life, within the realm of Sitra Ahra.

Much like the fiery realm in which He holds sway, King Asmodeus traditionally embodies desire, passion, lust, and wrath enthroned without restraint. Initial work with King Asmodeus at the practical level can and will bring the seeker His favour and the manifestation of one’s carnal and materialistic desires. S*x Magick, glamour spells, hexes, magick involving games of chance, and even financial Magick are amongst the most common forms of ritual work that are associated with Him.

At a deeper and more meaningful level, work with King Asmodeus will aid in building one’s self confidence, encourage sexual liberation, and reveal the true nature of the seeker, adding fuel and fire to both the energy and heart centres so your inner voice can be heard. If you are willing and ready to be truthful with yourself, King Asmodeus can arouse the spirit lioness or lion within you and help you grow into someone who is more courageous, confident, and authentic.

As most experienced practitioners and Demonolaters amongst you will know, while still holding on to traditional and specific domains of influence, the Demonic Divine have long outgrown such limitations and can assist in other aspects of your growth and ascent as well. Hence it comes as no surprise that true, genuine, and long term work with King Asmodeus, often sees seekers eventually leaving behind their original materialistic pursuits for goals more spiritual and wholesome in nature.

Why Rituals Fail

This article will cover the most common reasons why Demonic magick may fail to yield success for both novices and experienced practitioners alike.

Doubt - the first and most cardinal of all mistakes is doubt. In the Arte Magickal, the practitioner is the very generator and conduit of magickal power and intent. Even in the working of Demonic Magick, this holds true. Doubt in any way, shape, or form, be it doubt in the very existence of magick and the entities you are working with, doubt in your gifts and capabilities, or doubt in the very possibility of the reality that you are attempting to manifest for yourself, will inevitably take away from the probability of success of your magickal operation. Your ritual opens the way for Demonic influence into this world and, accordingly, your lack of belief and doubt closes it.

Self-Sabotage - the next common mistake that can undo any ritual working is self-sabotage. This comes in many forms and often lies rooted deep within the practitioner’s subconscious. For example, if you perform a ritual working with Asmodeus and Sitri to cast a glamour of desire over yourself but keep telling yourself that you don’t look good enough and beat yourself up every time you look into the mirror, chances are the ritual will yield little to no effect as your personal perception and beliefs are already working against your desired outcome. You can consider doing some self-work with Leviathan while utilizing positive affirmations to overcome this.

Poor Fundamentals - unless you are particularly gifted, a strong foundation in certain basic fundamental skills is required to practise magick effectively. For example, the ability to set your mind on a subject and stay focused or visualise an outcome and fully immerse yourself in it, which is attained through regular meditative practice; or the knowledge of, application, and use of appropriate colours, relevant planetary days and hours, phases of the moon, specific types of offerings, etc., within ritual, all of which may be attained with a little study and putting in your due diligence prior to your magickal working; or a proper understanding of the Demonic Divinity you are working with, ensuring your working is aligned to the Demon’s domain of influence and nature, also easily acquired through study.

Lack of Rapport - another common reason for Dmeonic magick not working is a lack of rapport being established between the Demon in question and the practitioner prior to the ex*****on of the ritual. Although there are indeed exceptions to this, you can improve the chances of success of your magickal operation by first establishing better rapport with the Demonic Divinity you intend to work with. For example, you may do more research on the Demon in question, set up a dedicated shrine, offer regular prayers and appropriate offerings, etc., in days or weeks prior to your intended ritual working.

Life Lessons - the last, but most definitely not least, obstacle to magick comes in the form of one’s destiny and life lessons. While a more common problem for experienced practitioners of the Arte Magickal, this is also valid for novices alike, and is often the case when a ritual that you have performed to success countless times over in the past suddenly fails you in the present. Instead of blaming the stars or the Demon you are working with, take some time to really consider the problem at hand. Some times, the Demonic Divine deems the life lesson you will learn from failure of far greater value to your ascent and growth and will deny you the success you so desire. What is it exactly that you were trying to solve with magick? Are your trying to run away from something that you should be facing? What does performing this ritual actually say about who you are as a person? Will it harm your self-esteem and image in the long run? These are some of the questions you should be asking yourself in such a situation. The answers you get will be both humbling and illuminating.

Prayer

As a follow up to our previous post on offerings, this article will cover the topic of prayer and will touch on it’s relevance and importance in your on going journey with the Demonic Divine.

If you have not already done so, prayer should be made a regular part of your spiritual practice, especially if you have dedicated yourself to a Matron or Patron Demon. It should always be made in sincerity, with reverence, and of your own volition. When done properly, prayer serves to strengthen the bond you share with the member of the Demonic Divine it is offered to. In the offering of prayer, you are taking the effort to set aside time from your busy schedule to honour the Demon, establishing Their importance in your life. It is a form of energy exchange, an offering made in gratitude, born of your sincerity, time, and energy.

The best place to perform prayer, is of course, before your Demonic Shrine or Altar. But in the event that you have yet to set it up, or the more likely case that you are a discrete practitioner, then prayer may be made in your place of meditation and ritual operations, as it will most likely be a place of respite and quiet, where you will be able to focus with little distractions.

Let it be known that there is no “correct way” to pray and there is no need to memorize some archaic liturgy from some ancient grimoire for you to “get it right”. In fact, the best prayers are original ones, made in sincerity and spoken with genuine words from the heart. You can get as formal or casual as you please, so long as it is made in reverence and respect. Below is an example of how a simple prayer can be made to King Belial, before His Black Altar or within your temple.

Calm and centre yourself with several deep breaths. Clear your mind of any distractions and set your thoughts on honouring King Belial with your time and words. Chant Belial’s Enn LIRACH TASA VEFA WHELC BELIAL seven times while gazing upon His Sigil, idol, image, totem; or while thinking of Him, in the event you do not posses an activated or ensouled fe**sh item of His. Say: “Hail King Belial, King of Kings, Lord of Lords, Lord and Master of the Earth! I thank You for Your presence. I thank You for Your power. I honour You this day. Hear my words and see me. Feel my emotions and know me. Eternal Darkness, Unending Night, I thank You for # # #. Help me oh Dark Lord to be more like You. Show me where I am weak, that I may be strong. Test me, that I shall always be found worthy of Your name. I thank You. Ave Belial. Ave Satanas. Darkness without end.”

This is by no means the only way a prayer is to be made, and serves only as an example. In summary - establish a connection, offer a greeting, give thanks, seek guidance etc., close. Do note that prayer should be offered as often as you like, but should at least be made once a week to your Matron or Patron. Lastly, always remember to offer prayer with reverence and respect, and let your words be born of sincerity and gratitude and they will go a long way. Conversely, never pray out of obligation or offer repetitive empty prayers, spoken in verbatim, as it will be of little worth and amount only to a waste of time on your part.

Diaboli Perfectum. Ave Belial. Ave Satanas. For the Glory of the Flames.

Offerings

This article will cover the topic of offerings in general and how it can be incorporated as part of your spiritual practice and ongoing journey with the Demonic Divine.

WHO
Offerings are most commonly given to the following categories of spiritual entities and beings:

Demonic Divine - Patrons, Matrons, and whichever Demon you are currently working with or plan on establishing a working relationship with

Personal Deities and Gods - divine beings from other pantheons that you may be working with or worshiping

Ancestors - deceased members of your bloodline who you wish to honour and remember

Spirit Workers - disincarnate spirits that you may have in your employ. This is a closed topic for those initiated into the current of necromancy and will not be discussed publicly here

Servitors and Egregores - spiritual servants either born of your magickal will or, in certain cases, purchased from a reliable practitioner

WHAT
There are a myriad of various possible offerings that may be given, what follows is a non-exhaustive list catered mainly to the Demonic Divine but also applicable to other spiritual entities you may be working with. There are often no fixed requirements for the type and quantity of an offering so you may offer any one or combination of the various options listed below. Sacrifice is the general rule of thumb when it comes to the provision of offerings. It is also subjective for each person. The greater the sacrifice, the greater the offering given. Do note that the onus is on you to find out more about the Demon in question, such as Their preferences and associations. You may do so from looking up various grimoires, credible sources and practitioners, or by communing with the Demon personally if you possess both the gift and capability for it

Comestibles - food offerings may be offered cooked or raw. From personal experience, and that of my associates, even non-traditional and more “modern” food offerings may be given if that is all you can afford or have available

Libation - the best and most traditional drink offerings come in the form of alcoholic beverages and spirits. Other suitable and more budget friendly options will be water or even some of your favourite drink, offered before you partake of the rest

Fumigation - incense can take the form of purchased stick or cone incense or natural incense blends, made from various herbs and resins aligned to the Demonic Divinity in question, that are burnt on a charcoal disk. A common resin blend that can be offered to and burnt for most Demons is frankincense, myrrh, and dragon’s blood

Oils and Oleum - essential oils and oleum blends aligned to the Demonic Divinity in question may be offered and burnt in a diffuser. Dragon’s blood works well for most Demons in this case

Candles - candles are a traditional and staple offering across many practices. 6 inch or taper candles are ideal but even tea light candles will suffice in a pinch. Selecting candles of the appropriate colours aligned to the Demonic Divinity you are working with is also highly recommended, although white will work fine if you are uncertain or if that is all you have available

Money - currency of any form and amount may also be given as an offering, especially if wealth is acquired from a successful magickal operation or petition involving the Demonic Divinity you are working with. Funds accumulated this way overtime may be used to purchase semi-precious stones or precious metals to further adorn your Demonic Shrine

Personal Fluids - blood is the most sacred and powerful of offerings that one can gift to the Demonic Divinities. The most potent blood offerings are those given of yourself. Should you decide on doing a blood offering, blood should be obtained in the least destructive and violent manner. You may refer to our earlier post on Blood Magick from back in 2017 for more details on the subject. Though less common an offering, seminal or vaginal fluids are a viable option as well, especially for Demons of lust, passion, and desire. Such fluids must be obtained with the intention of serving as an offering, and not as a convenient afterthought, and are commonly served upon a parchment or drawn Sigil that is to be set aflame

Time - last and not least is possibly the most important and oft overlooked offering of all - time. Fret not if you are low on finances or on a tight budget. You will be happy to know that you don’t need extravagant gifts, or even the help of a paid practitioner of the Arte for that matter, if you desire to build a working relationship with any member of the Demonic Divine. All you need is sincerity, devotion, and the investment of time. The best offerings are actually those that involve the sacrifice of personal time and energy. For example, you may offer Sigils to be burnt, carefully drawn with intention and precision; artwork done in the Demon’s honour to adorn Her / His shrine; genuine songs or prayers made with reverence and respect to honour the Demon you are working with; or even taking the extra effort and time to offer a candle carved with the Demon’s Sigil instead of just a plain one purchased straight off the shelf. The possibilities are endless and only limited by your imagination

*perishable offerings can be left at the altar or shrine overnight to a maximum of 24 hours before it is to be left in nature, outside your home or temple, to be partaken by the creatures of the earth

WHEN
From personal experience, and that of my peers and colleagues, offerings may be given at any time of the day, on any day. You may of course do so on the appropriate planetary day and hour that is in alignment with the nature of the Demon that you are working with, if that’s your thing however. Here are some pretty straight forward examples of when an offering should be given:

On A Regular Basis - for those amongst you who already have a Matron or Patron, regular offerings should be made a staple of your spiritual practice. The frequency of your offerings is left to you to decide but should, at the very least, be done once a month. Regular offerings should also be given to other Demonic Divinities that you wish to establish a better working relationship with

During Ritual - it is both good and common practice to offer the Demon you are working with offerings, within the ritual context during your magickal operation, after your request or petition is made. More offerings should also be given when your desire is made manifest

When You Feel Inclined To - this one goes without saying and is self-explanatory

WHERE
Offerings are most often given within the ritual context. This may be indoors or outdoors, depending on the nature of your practice, where you make your temple, and the place of your magickal operations

At Your Demonic Altar / Shrine - the most common place that offerings are made is at the Demonic Altar / Shrine that you have set up for the Demonic Divinity in question, within your temple space or home

Upon Your Personal Magickal Altar During Ritual - offerings may also be left before or upon the Sigil of the Demon that you are working with, that was created for the purpose of your ritual, upon your personal magickal altar, if you do not have a dedicated shrine set up for the said Demonic Divinity

WHY
The provision of offerings is just good manners and a form of reciprocity. It will all make more sense if you can imagine the Demonic Divinity that you are working with as an actual and literal person. Not many people will be willing to go the extra mile for strangers, work without payment or for low wages, or work for someone who shouts at and threatens them all the time. What follows are the most common reasons why the practice of making offerings should be an integral part of your spiritual journey as a Demonolater:

To Establish Rapport - giving offerings regularly establishes rapport with the Demons you are working with, making Them both more inclined and able to lend you Their aid when you call upon Them

As An Incentive - offerings given during ritual, after a petition or request is made, serve as an incentive to the Demon who’s aid you are enlisting. It is a sign of your generosity and sincerity and is also a gift of energy that the Demon will be able to utilize in assisting you manifest your desires

As A Form Of Payment - it is not uncommon for practitioners to promise payment in the form of offerings for the manifestation of a petitioned outcome. Hence it is only good practice to live up to your words and make good on your promises, lest you run the risk of crossing a spiritual being who has the power to make your life a literal “living hell”

As An Act Of Devotion - outside of ritual, offerings given out of gratitude for the Demon’s help and presence in your life serve also as acts of devotion that further strength the spiritual bond and relationship you share

HOW
There aren’t any specifics when it comes to how offerings are given, only that it must come from the heart. Never feel obligated to give offerings or prayers. Remember, it is better not make a prayer or give an offering if you know that you will just be going through the motion, as such offerings will carry little to no energy and intention and hence be of little value. Some of qualities for you to keep in mind and practice in the provision of offerings are as follows:

Respect and Reverence - offerings should always be given in respect and reverence to the Demonic Divinity in question. If a food offering is to be shared, the first cut should be given as an offering and never the leftovers. Similarly if a drink offering is to be shared, the libation should be poured and offered first before the rest is consumed

Sincerity - be sincere in your offering and do not give begrudgingly or give expecting some immediate measurable benefit in return. Give with a happy heart, freely and willingly, if you truly wish to establish a better relationship with the Demon you are working with

Gratitude - devotional offerings given out of gratitude, not just for the manifold blessings you have received or the countless ritual successes you have obtained from working with the Demon in question, but instead for the Demon’s very presence and influence in your life, go a very long way in strengthening the bond that you both share

Centring Meditation

In honour of the year of the Ox, which embodies the qualities of strength, perseverance, and hard work, this post will go back to the basics. Meditation is the bedrock of all occult practices and should never be overlooked in the journey of one’s Ascent. A regular practice of meditation disciplines the mind and sharpens the will, providing a solid foundation for more advanced spiritual workings and magickal operations. What follows is a simple meditation exercise that will serve you well if done regularly. Regular practice with this exercise will help you better focus during ritual which in turn will help you get better results.

Sit in a comfortable place where you are not likely to be interrupted or disturbed. Assume an asana of your choosing. If you are unfamiliar with the various positions and forms, sitting upright with your back against the wall, or the backrest of a chair, with your hands placed palms up on either thigh works fine as well. Relax and centre your focus on your lower abdomen. You may place your hands just below your navel with your palms facing you as you breathe to get a feel of the area that you will be focusing on before placing them back upon your thighs before you begin. Your goal for this meditation is to focus solely upon the sensations of your lower abdomen. Begin a timer counting down for a minimum of 5 minutes when you are ready. Breathe comfortably as you would normally. If you get distracted from the sensations in your lower abdomen, labelling the source of disturbance generically will allow your mind to return to your centre more readily. Identify what distracted you as either “thoughts”, “sensations”, or “feelings” and let it go, while bringing your attention back to your centre. The goal of this mediation exercise is to discipline your mind and to develop your ability to focus. It is fine and normal to have distractions arise during your session but do your best not to act upon any of them. Label the distractions as mentioned above and bring your focus back to your centre. Should you act on any of the distractions however, such as thinking of which flavour of ice cream you’re going to have later after you first had the thought of having ice cream for dessert randomly pop into your mind, it will constitute to a failed attempt. Do not be disheartened and try again later in the day or even on the day after. With constant practice, you will be able to remained focused on your centre for the entire duration of the exercise with fewer and fewer distractions. Having achieved success, you may then challenge yourself further by gradually increasing the duration of each subsequent meditation session following a successful attempt. You should also supplement your daily regimen with other forms of meditation such as chakra meditation for example.

The Demonic Altar / Shrine

New Year’s greetings to one and all. We will kick start this year with an article on the Demonic Altar / Shrine. This will cover the basics on what it’s all about, it’s uses, as well as how you can go about creating one for yourself.

The Demonic Altar / Shrine is a physical seat of power for the Demon it is dedicated to within the temple or home of the Caster. It is different, and to be made separate, from the Magickal Altar which is utilised for personal magickal workings. The creation of a Demonic Altar and it’s regular maintenance, are acts of devotion in and of themselves, serving to deepen the working relationship between the Demon and the Caster. Over time, the presence of the Demon will saturate and endwell the shrine, improving spiritual connection and further empowering ritual workings with the Demon in question.

The first step that goes into creating a Demonic Altar / Shrine is a common one that all occultists and Casters should be rather familiar with - research and study. Get to know the Demon you wish to create a dedicated shrine for better. Look up old grimoires and even credible sources online to glean vital information such as the traditional direction, colours, totemic objects, offerings, days, etc. sacred to and associated with the Demon in question.

We also suggest actually working with the Demon for some time as well to better understand the nature of the force you would like to invite more permanently into your personal space and to find out, more importantly, if both of you are actually compatible. But this goes without saying.

You will then procure, or create the items where necessary, that will make up and adorn the shrine. The Demonic Altar may be made from wood, stone, or glass and may be of any dimension as long as it can accommodate the object of focus sacred to the Demon it is being dedicated to, two altar candles, a chalice for libation offerings, a bowl for food offerings, as well as a simple incense burner.

The object of focus may be an ensouled idol, a fe**sh item, a consecrated totemic object, an image, or even a well-drawn and framed Sigil of the Demon in question.

The shrine should be ideally located within your temple space in the cardinal direction sacred to the Demon it is being dedicated to. Unlike the Magickal Altar, the Demonic Altar will become a more or less permanent fixture within your temple and is ideally not to be shifted to allow the Demon’s presence to gather and settle over time within your sacred space.

The altar candles are to be lit whenever you wish to contact the Demon in the form of offerings, prayers, requests, or petitions. A simple ceremony such as the chanting of the Demon’s Enn and the adoption of a posture of respect before proceeding with any further workings is common practice. Offerings should be given on a regular basis at your own discretion and also as a form of payment for the fulfilment of requests and blessings afforded to you. Requests and petitions can be handwritten on parchment and left upon the altar for the Demon to work upon. These are burnt with thanks when granted or otherwise. Reflect on the nature of your request and the factors that may have impeded a successful working in the event of the latter. You may also add to the shrine totemic objects sacred to the Demon it is dedicated to as well as various objects and gifts as you are guided and directed over time.

Lastly, for the less gifted amongst you who may have trouble communicating with spirits in general, a divination tool you are familiar with, consecrated and set apart solely for use with the Demon in question, may be left upon the shrine and used for the purpose of communication and communion.

Infernal blessings. Ave Belial. Ave Satanas.
