If you can write you can sketch. Sketching is no different to writing except writing is a much smaller version of sketching.
You can write, you can sketch. Sketching is writing in another version. Sketching help increases many of the cognitive functions that researches typically label as the 'creative' and 'right brained' activities. Intuition increases. Produces positive brain chemistry like Serotonin, Endorphins, Dopamine, and Norepinephrine. Your brain stem can actually get thicker. A happy person will have a balanced usage of Right and Left Brain.

Breezy Sunday. Abstract Watercolour painting. Without thinking use yellow to doodle the basic shape of an Apple. Wrote my Chinese name in yellow and slowly I add colour layer by layer to hide. It a good form of relaxation. Instead of writing a diary I wrote what I want to write which can be hidden inside an apple. LOL

Fragrance of the ripe pineapple awake me. Time to eat delicious pineapple. The colour of the pineapple look cheerful and fresh. I decided bro do a quick sketch while enjoying the pineapple. LOL

Went to fruit wholesale market. Saw these baby banana selling at $1 for three packet. Decided to make banana cake and also for consuming. I bought $2 for 6 pack total 42 baby bananas. After dinner I took out one bunch for colour pencil sketch. Colour pencil sketching is good for the eyes, hands, brain and heart.
