Efforting is a sign that something is not fully working. I can work twelve hours and don't feel effort, even if the work is biologically and physically tiring. If there is effort, it needs a closer look. It may be that feelings are not fully processed.

This is a time when Love needs to run the show.
Times of scarcity need to be met with generosity,
Times of fear with comfort,
Times of uncertainty with presence.
If everybody cares for the one around us that need it,

Light intensifies everything. If there is more light, shadows become stronger, and also the potential becomes more visible.
Question about this: How is it meant that the shadow becomes stronger?
Answer: When the light, that is awareness, becomes stronger, the shadows first come out more. That means we expand our radius of consciousness into the unconscious realms of ourselves.
This is good, of course, but for many people beginning a deep spiritual practice, it can seem difficult and uncomfortable at first. However, if we go through these challenges, our lives expand and we are rewarded with more aliveness and unfoldment of potential.
