Huge thanks to Yan Ping Koh for the warm welcome at the Singapore Council Of Women’s Organisations, our panelists Hannah Goh, Grishma Kewada and Mrinalini Venkatachalam for the incredible insights on how to highlight, amplify and implement financial wellbeing programmes for women.

Our entire Sophia team is incredibly honoured to have been included in 2023 Annual Report for the work we’ve done with HSBC Premier in Singapore and the UAE .

Engaging women in their wealth creation is important and necessary in reshaping the world for the better. When women have money, good things happen. Women are twice as likely to invest with ESG factors in mind. Women invest back into their families and communities. When women have wealth, the whole world wins.

To Our Sophia Community,

Since our launch in January 2022, we have delivered transformational financial education in multiple countries, worked with incredible institutions and continue to create impact for thousands of women.

We would like to announce that Tanya Rolfe has decided the time is right for her to focus on her other business interests. Tanya will remain connected to Sophia as a consultant. We would like to thank Tanya and wish her all the best in her business endeavours.

We will both continue to lead the business and look forward to building the future of Sophia to continue making an impact for women and their wealth creation. We have some very exciting announcements to share over the next few months, so stay tuned!

At a recent session we did for a corporate client, we talked about a wide range of . After the session, one of the participants told us that her favourite principle was “Pay yourself first.” We love that one too!
