In four days we learnt to surf 🏄🏼‍♂️ did a drumming workshop 🥁, watched a ton of trashy movies in bed 🎬and chilled❄️. Well there was a day of vomiting 🤮 but luckily it lasted 24hours. Thank you for being a fabulous travel buddy, conversation partner, and all round awesome dude.

Thank you ladies for having me as your teacher the last three weeks. I love this space at for it holds many memories of rehearsals and workshops I’ve been in over the years. New month! Last quarter of the year?! Homemade Protein bowl!

So much to process after an amazing weekend of enabling breath and opening bodies. All I can say now is I am so grateful that and were here to guide and co-teach in our very first Workshop in Singapore. Here’s to many more!

I rarely have pictures of myself hosting, so it’s so lovely that I had friends in the crowd who were ‘paparazzi-ing’ on my behalf! Thanks for this lovely photo of me in action at the 50th anniversary celebration of the Singapore Book Council and the conclusion of a successful 3 day conference of the Asian Festival of Children’s Content! It’s always nice to be part of something meaningful and the is one that I feel deeply for because I love Children’s Books! I used to buy them for my myself but really using my kids as excuse! Here’s to many more years championing writing for Asian children!

Documentaries are so important. And this one by Thomas Morgan called Soufra is really worth watching. We were all inspired by the tenacity and courage of the women featured in the film that we bought the recipe book. All proceeds go to the women in the film!

Somebody commented last night after watching the unveiling of her Cruise Collection that nobody wears Ong Shunmugam as well as well herself! It’s true! She is her brand’s best model! Here we are. All wanting a little piece of her. Wearing some designs of hers from the past and present and each with our style and take on her vision.
