Harper starts her day with a colourful meal 🥘🩷 Then she goes back to sleep the whole day, waking up only to p*e, drink water and eat treats. Such is the life of a princess 🥰

Oh yeah. . . . its Wednesday. We're going to the Apple Store tonight for free aircon.

Told Waggly if she doesn’t want to be poked and syringe fed today, she better be kwai kwai (good good) and eat on her own then tonight I’ll bring her on an adventure.

She told the animal communicator she loves going on adventures (meaning walks at the parks etc).

This one previous life polar bear. She needs the aircon AND fan while the rest of us shiver.

If she doesn’t get both, she fidgets and crawls and pants and makes it so obvious that you need to do something 😂😂

Recently her fan has gone bonkers. It will turn on its own 😱😱 Dunno is it we go Japanese cemetery 👻. So in the middle of the night I hear her fidgeting and her fan is facing the cupboard and she’s hot. And no she didn’t kick or move it, she’s still in her same position 😛 sometimes her fan goes off and on again too 👻

She was red when we first rescued her - cos they never ever got baths in the breeding farm. Eventually after many months of bathing, she became white.

How far we have come, together. Always there for each other, supporting one another. There is a deep bond and a deep sense of understanding of one another. Harper keeps me grounded. She picks up my thoughts and emotions so I often have to remind myself not to be stressed or worry because she picks it up and falls sick.

Harper has a very calm energy that many dogs and people love. Dogs somehow always gravitate towards her and as for humans, they often say - you just need to hug or pat her and you feel better after that 🩷🫶🏼

Lemme share facts that you’ll never need to know 🤪🤪

Harper wears Ruffwear trekking shoes when she’s on her wheelchair cos her back legs drags on the floor. She doesn’t like her back legs tied up in stirrups so we let her be. She can’t use those cheap soft ones because it gets torn even before the walk is over.

Her paws don’t get hurt her during walks and volunteers are on a constant look out in case her shoes somehow come off.

After every walk, I check her paws for cuts / sores and check her shoes for holes. Then her shoes are sunned till the next walk. Every fortnight, her shoes are washed and every 3 months she has to change a new pair as it gets worn out and have holes.

Each pair costs about $67 and it’s not always easy to find, especially her size; so if I see it available, I usually buy 3 pairs to keep. I am paranoid that we run out of her shoes 😱

The sweetest baby 🩷 had a very exciting weekend. Now recharging 🪫 till her next walk 💝
