Phonics refers to a method for teaching speakers of English to read and write that language. Phonics involves teaching how to connect the sounds of spoken English with letters or groups of letters (e.g., that the sound /k/ can be represented by c, k, ck, ch, or q spellings) and teaching them to blend the sounds of letters together to produce approximate pronunciations of unknown words.

The farm is recommended by the Singapore Tourism Board as the designated agri-tourism destination and also recommended in the learning journey programme by Ministry of Education. The attraction lies in the immersely popular touch and feel learning experience.

Parents can submit their child's secondary school options through their child's primary school from 12pm to 3pm on Nov 25, and 9am to 3pm between Nov 26 and Dec 1 on weekdays.

The Secondary 1 posting results will be released on Dec 22, Wednesday.
