PERTH TOUR 2026 CLOSING CEREMONY. πβ¨
A tradition we keep at the end of every SGNA Perth Tour β and one that never gets old.
Every player received an official tour certificate and a special personalised certificate recognising something unique they brought to this trip.
But more than any certificate, they leave Perth with new friendships, new experiences, and memories that will stay with them for years to come.
Congratulations, girls. We are incredibly proud of every single one of you. π

Singapore Netball Academy
Singapore Netball Academy provides Netball programs for players in the aged 5 to 17 in specific prog
The Singapore Netball Academy is the first netball academy in Singapore that provides netball programs for all age groups. Our programs cater to all players who have the passion to play Netball both competitive and recreational. Our mission is to grow the love for netball for everyone in Singapore.
FRIENDLY MATCHES. REAL COMPETITION. π
Saturday afternoon brought our U10 and U11 players to Gold Netball Centre for something theyβve been building towards all tour β competitive matches against Australian opposition.
As guests of Mount Hawthorn Netball Club, our girls faced strong, experienced teams that pushed them in every way. Taller opponents. Different playing styles. A level of competition that demanded they adapt, think quickly, and find something extra. Mount Hawthorn also invited Newman Junior Netball Club to play against one of our teams β giving us yet another quality opponent and another valuable experience to take into Sunday.
This is exactly what this tour is designed to provide. Not just exposure β competition. The kind that tests netball skills, yes, but also the stuff that matters just as much: resilience, determination, and the ability to keep going when things get hard.
Our girls rose to the challenge. And heading into the Singapore Sunday Netball Carnival tomorrow, they are more ready than they were this morning.
A huge thank you to Mount Hawthorn Netball Club for the organisation, the competition, and the hospitality. We look forward to seeing you on court again tomorrow.π

ENDLESS ENERGY. ENDLESS LEARNING. ππ
Day 2 of the Perth U10 & U11 Tour delivered exactly what we hoped for.
Jack has a unique coaching style that combines skill development, decision-making, teamwork, and problem-solving in a way that keeps players fully engaged from start to finish. His vibrant personality and endless energy make every session both educational and highly enjoyable.
Through a variety of creative games and activities, the girls were challenged not only physically but also mentally. They learned to think differently, adapt to new situations, communicate effectively, and discover new ways to develop their netball skills.
It is always a pleasure to work with Jack, and our players thoroughly enjoyed the session. They were introduced to new ideas, different training methods, and fresh approaches to developing their game. Most importantly, they embraced every challenge with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
Together with Fridayβs clinic, this was excellent preparation for the friendly matches on Saturday afternoon and the Singapore Sunday Netball Carnival on Sunday.
A big thank you to Jack for sharing his passion, knowledge, and energy with our players. It was another memorable and valuable experience for everyone involved.

At Singapore Netball Academy (SGNA), our overseas development opportunities are not only for our older players. We also believe in providing valuable international experiences for our younger athletes aged 10 and 11.
As players in these age groups are not yet eligible to participate in the Western Australian Championships, we organise a dedicated Perth Netball Tour specially designed for them.
From Friday, 5 June to Sunday, 7 June 2026, SGNA will be travelling to Perth with 40 young players for another exciting overseas netball experience. Throughout the weekend, our players will take part in friendly matches, netball clinics conducted by local coaches, and the Singapore Sunday Netball Carnival.
The carnival is organised by SGNA and will feature participation from four local Greater Perth clubs, creating a fantastic opportunity for our players to compete, learn, make new friends, and experience different playing styles.
This tour is particularly special as it marks the first time SGNA has organised an overseas netball carnival, an exciting milestone in our commitment to providing meaningful international development opportunities for our players.
We are looking forward to a weekend filled with learning, friendship, teamwork, and unforgettable memories. Letβs go SGNA! ππ

THE CLOSING CEREMONY. πβ₯οΈ
Every Perth tour ends the same way β and we wouldnβt have it any other way.
Itβs a tradition weβve protected from the very beginning. No matter what the week brought β the wins, the losses, the weather, the long days β the Closing Ceremony is always the moment we save for last.
This year, with 41 players making the trip, finding the right space mattered more than ever. We changed hotels specifically for that reason, and it paid off completely. The venue was ideal and set exactly the right tone for our final evening together.
Every player received two certificates β an official participation award, and a personal fun certificate recognising something unique about her contribution to the tour. The kind of recognition that reminds each girl she was seen.
With the room full of players, parents, coaches, and supporters, the energy was everything this tour deserved. Laughter, performances, cheers, and moments none of us will forget.
As we look back on the Perth WA Championships, we do so with real pride. The weather tested us. But what stood out far more was the response to it β the resilience, the effort, and the SGNA spirit our girls showed on and off the court.
To our players: thank you for giving everything.
To our parents: thank you for being the backbone of this tour. The cheering, the umpiring, the logistics, the encouragement β it all mattered more than you know.
Together, we built memories that will stay with us for years. β₯οΈπ

After three days of competition at the Fuel To Go & Play Association Championships organised by Netball Western Australia, our SGNA teams have completed an incredible international netball experience.

π₯ U13 β SGNA Singa - 3rd Place

A huge congratulations to all players, coaches, managers, and parents who made this experience possible.
