Seeds of Hope is a workshop for Thai students hosted by How I Care. Through Seeds of Hope, we are building on the impact of My Journal already trusted by thousands of schools across Thailand, Vietnam, and India to support students beyond the classroom.

By partnering with schools, we provide free learning resources, online lessons, and meaningful activities that help children grow in emotional awareness, healthy habits, and English skills.

It’s more than a journal, it’s a journey of growth, connection, and opportunity. Together, we are planting seeds of hope that will inspire children to thrive for years to come. 💙
