5,190 Picteists and counting! 🎉
With the conclusion of the 50th Jean-Pictet Competition, our global community has now reached an impressive 5,190 Picteists (unless someone quietly slipped away before the final photo 📸).
From Picteist #1000 in 2003 to #5000 in 2026, what began as a competition continues to grow into a remarkable international network of humanitarian professionals, lawyers and lifelong friends united by international humanitarian law and unforgettable experiences.
Fun fact: your chances of being a Picteist (1 in ~1.6 million) are much higher than winning the EuroMillions jackpot (1 in ~140 million)… and arguably far more rewarding! 😉
On the road to Picteist #6000… maybe by 2030? 🚀

5 190 Pictéistes et ce n’est pas fini ! 🎉
En route vers le Pictéiste #6000… peut-être d’ici 2030 ? 🚀
