WSP Part 1
It’s the first week of the June holidays, and several Sec 3 PL-Lites opted to spend a few days going on a Work Shadow Programme with several organisations and private companies.
The PL WSP provided opportunities for the students to gain insights into various industries and see how skills and competencies learnt in school are applied in real-world settings.
The students were given insights in areas of Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, Allied Health, Social Work, Pets Education, Pharmaceutical, Video and Drone Training etc. It was an enriching and fun experience for the Sec 3 students who had opted to part of the PL WSP 2026

It’s the June holidays…. 🍫
the Aesthetics Department teachers went on a learning journey about chocolates. The team learnt about the journey of food from source to table and applied basic chocolate-making techniques to create their own artisanal chocolate products. They also learnt about the processes undertaken by the chefs when preparing the chocolate products for sale - eg making informed, mindful decisions and choices for the designs and ingredients used, for local and overseas consumers Through this hands-on, sensory and collaborative activities, the Aesthetics Dept teachers applied their creativity, collaborated in creating their own chocolate bars. The experience had given them an appreciation for artisanal food craftsmanship. 🍫🍫🍫
