We’re not a huge fan of bringing work home. But if you really need to, here is a quick tip to bump up your productivity: head straight to your designated workspace and work for 10 minutes. If you feel like working some more, great. Otherwise, that’s okay. What’s important is that you get started; even on nights you don’t want to do anything.

Exercise not only keeps your body fit and strong but keeps your mind alert too. 30 minutes of exercise 5 times a week stimulates the growth of new brain cells and helps prevent any age-related decline.
If you haven’t been active, start small by engaging in 5-10 minute sessions and gradually increase the duration of exercise. Remember, even a few minutes of activity is better than none at all!
