Under the direction of Conductor TSAI, CHIA-JUNG, the ensemble continues to nurture young musicians through inspiring performances, international cultural exchange, and high-quality ensemble training. The orchestra actively encourages students to explore teamwork, musical sensitivity, and artistic expression through wind ensemble music-making.
