We are honoured to receive the Outstanding School Partners Award, recognising our school’s efforts in serving the community and nurturing a spirit of care and service in our students.

We are also incredibly proud of Maia and Dawn, who were awarded the Outstanding All Rounder Award. Their achievement reflects their dedication, growth, and commitment to making a positive difference in the community.

On 9 May, Chung Cheng High School - Yishun and Chung Cheng High School - Main came together to celebrate Chung Cheng’s 87th Anniversary — made even more special as it also marked CCHY’s 20th school anniversary! 🎉

The school warmly welcomed our GOH, Ms Goh Hanyan , MP for Nee Soon GRC and Senior Parliamentary Secretary for MCCY & MSE. Highlights of the celebration included the parade inspection, the opening of .offeestory Our Coffee Story café and the Heritage Room, vibrant performances by our performing arts CCAs, and the presentation of awards to outstanding students from both schools. 🏆✨

The celebration ended on a heartfelt note with the singing of the school song, filling the hall with pride, unity, and Chung Cheng spirit.

Project E.C.O. is a design sustainability initiative organised by the CCHY D&T Department, where students explore creative ways to repurpose probiotic drink bottles while promoting sustainability, recycling, public cleanliness and dengue prevention through the 3Rs.

As part of D&T department’s life skills development initiative, eight students will be participating in “Our Green Day in the Community”, organised by Yishun Secondary School in partnership with community and environmental organisations including NEA, NParks, ALBA and Nee Soon South Zone H Resident Network.

This community engagement event also provides students with valuable opportunities to stretch their learning beyond the classroom through real-world creative and problem solving, sustainability showcases and public outreach.
