📈 Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
📈 Present and demonstrate products and services effectively.
📈 Handle rejection and close sales deals.
📈 Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management
🕴️ Provide excellent customer service to all clients.
🕴️ Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
🕴️ Build long-term relationships with clients through ongoing communication and support.

Marketing & Communication

Qualifications and Skills
Sales & Marketing Experience
✅ Proven experience in sales, business development, or marketing, preferably in the education sector is a plus. However, standard marketing materials and standard marketing operating procedures are also provided if you have no experience to help you kickstart your sales process.
✅ Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
✅ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

🤓 Deliver engaging, effective and efficient online tutoring sessions in Science & Mathematics subjects from Primary 5 to Secondary 4 levels for exam preparation purpose.
🤓 Adapt teaching methods to cater to the diverse learning styles and needs of students.
🤓 Create and utilise innovative teaching materials and resources to enhance the learning experience.
🤓 Provide timely and constructive feedback on students' work and progress.
🤓 Motivate and inspire students to achieve their full potential.
🤓 Contribution to the documentation of teaching standard operation procedure (SOP)
Curriculum Development
💡 Contribute to the development and refinement of curriculum materials and lesson plans aligned with the latest educational standards and trends.
💡 Stay updated on the latest advancements in STEM fields to ensure curriculum relevance.
💡 Lead the development of future-oriented curriculum e.g. Math for Machine Learning, Math for Quantum Computing, Visualising Genome
Administrative Tasks
📁 Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
📁 Communicate effectively with students, parents, and the operation and management teams.
📁 Contribute ideas to improving operating and management policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills
Academic Qualifications
✅ Bachelor's degree/A Level/O Level/IB diploma
✅ Strong academic background with a proven track record of academic achievement.
Teaching Experience
✅ Experience in tutoring or teaching is good to have, but not a must-have (training is provided)
✅ Proficiency in online teaching platforms and tools (e.g., Google Meet, WhatsApp, Telegram, Notion, etc.).
Subject Expertise
✅ In-depth knowledge and understanding of STEM subjects.
✅ Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Interpersonal Skills
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
✅ Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
Technical Skills
✅ Proficiency in using technology for teaching and learning.
