Job Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
📈 Identify and pursue potential customers, including parents, guardians, tuition centres, enrichment centres, student care centres, and hostels/boarding schools.
📈 Conduct market research and identify target markets.
📈 Develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
📈 Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
📈 Present and demonstrate products and services effectively.
📈 Handle rejection and close sales deals.
📈 Achieve and exceed sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management
🕴️ Provide excellent customer service to all clients.
🕴️ Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
🕴️ Build long-term relationships with clients through ongoing communication and support.
🕴️ Direct customers to customer service support to scale your business

Marketing & Communication
📱 Contribute to the development and ex*****on of marketing campaigns.

Qualifications and Skills

Sales & Marketing Experience
✅ Proven experience in sales, business development, or marketing, preferably in the education sector is a plus. However, standard marketing materials and standard marketing operating procedures are also provided if you have no experience to help you kickstart your sales process.
✅ Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
✅ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Interpersonal Skills
✅ Outgoing and enthusiastic personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
✅ Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
✅ Excellent customer service orientation.

Business Acumen
✅ Strong understanding of business development principles and market dynamics.
✅ Ability to analyze market trends and identify new opportunities in the education support service and edtech sectors

Technical Skills
✅ Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales and marketing tools.
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Curriculum Development

💡 Lead the development of future-oriented curriculum e.g. Math for Machine Learning, Math for Quantum Computing, Visualising Genome

📁 Contribute ideas to improving operating and management policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

Academic Qualifications
✅ Bachelor's degree/A Level/O Level/IB diploma
✅ Strong academic background with a proven track record of academic achievement.

Teaching Experience
✅ Experience in tutoring or teaching is good to have, but not a must-have (training is provided)
✅ Proficiency in online teaching platforms and tools (e.g., Google Meet, WhatsApp, Telegram, Notion, etc.).

Subject Expertise
✅ In-depth knowledge and understanding of STEM subjects.
✅ Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Interpersonal Skills
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
✅ Ability to build rapport with students and parents.

Technical Skills
✅ Proficiency in using technology for teaching and learning.
✅ Willing to explore new technologies and educational trends to make teaching and learning more effective and engaging
