All our lives as a woman we’ve been told to lose weight or we won’t look good, won’t get promoted, prolly won’t even find spouses or partners. So we go all out just to fit in into society’s standards so we do a diet our second cousin raves about, only to start on Monday, completely exhausted by Thursday and start it all over again in a few weeks time.

As a new mother, staying physically active has helped Hidayah cope with many of life's challenges. She first got into fitness during her university days, turning to strength training to improve her mental well-being.

As a coach, her goal is to make fitness more accessible and less intimidating for those seeking to improve their well-being. Her mission is to cultivate a welcoming environment where everyone feels valued and supported, regardless of their starting point.

We've been on a little hiatus since our physical studio closed in September 2022 and that's because we were resetting, recalibrating and rebuilding ourselves. Our mission and purpose still remains and we're so excited to be back.
