​​​​The MTI Programme, launched by NTU in January 2016, is the first Master’s degree programme in Translation and Interpretation

The Programme is specifically designed to provide students with high standard professional training in translation and interpretation between the two languages, to equip them with adequate knowledge of cutting-edge theories in related fields, and to help them to have a thorough understanding of the theories and practice in different social and cultural contexts. 🚀What an eye-opener it was for our group of 20 students, alumni, lecturers and staff at MediaCorp on 8 May! Besides witnessing the lightning pace of its newsroom and studio operations first-hand, we were also left in awe by the infectious passion and commitment of the broadcast journalists, translators and editors in delivering timely and credible news to TV and online viewers. Everyone enjoyed this experience thoroughly and couldn't wait for the next industry visit! 🎥
