The story of every woman and their struggle for equality belongs to no single feminist or any organisation but to the collective efforts of all who care for human rights. ~ Gloria Steinem
We are the roots of change and we have been gifted a platform to work hard for the change we want to see and the life we want to lead.
We stand amongst beautiful, strong and empowered women every day who show us that they are not afraid to be tenacious, to be vulnerable, to share a common platform and to uplift each other so that we journey together.
Here's to the team of superwomen and all you power women out there!

We often have parents asking us when is the right time to start working with their child and the answer is "If you already have that concern and see a need to explore options for help, then it's time."
We begin with where the child is, their strengths, their interests, their challenges, their needs.
It is about how we can support them to learn, to explore their environment, to communicate their needs, wants and emotions, to allow others to understand them better.
It's similar to how we live our lives. When we come to those moments where we start questioning how we can change things or do something differently, why not take the first step by effecting change and giving it a go.
Start somewhere, start something. Today.

"Every day, You have the power to choose. ~ To choose happiness over sadness
To view life's offers with a glass half full or half empty.
To empower or just letting be.
To choose courage over comfort.

We travel to somewhere and we get enamoured by the scenic landscape and the beauty of nature.
But truly, we experience the beauty of life through the interactions and relationships we have with those around us.
Parents, ah gongs and ah mahs, caregivers, teachers and allied professionals, so many whom we form great bonds and support for one another.
And though we may only join you in a small part of your journey through life, it never fails to remind us of our faith and the purpose of what we do when we see how we were brought together in that very moment for a specific and special reason.
We are grateful and appreciative for all the beautiful people who made us who we are today. Thank you for letting us up your carousel ride.🎠
Happy Monday❤️!

Everyday is an uphill battle but we didn't come this far to give up.
It is always the hardest times that unknowingly lead us to the greatest moments of our lives. Moments where we experience true commaraderie, support and build real connections with people that matter.
It's impossible to do this alone and we know that the road towards inclusion is long but we have strong shoulders and great minds to walk along with. Everyday we celebrate abilities.
Everyday we put our hands in yours and say "Come on, I'm here, let's do this!"

We need to know what exactly we are advocating for.
Inclusion is not just a vision or an ideal.
It is a necessity, an indispensable precondition.
Letting that sink in and working hard to make our way towards true inclusion.

It isn't always easy to have open conversations about how inclusive we really are in our current education system. Talking about the positives are easier and less daunting but realistically, parents, educators and our students face the harsh realities of trying to have equality in education everyday. It can never happen with just any one party.
Change comes when we start to be aware of what the actual challenges are by walking the walk. We effect change through understanding the needs of all stakeholders, listening and making it a concern and working together collaboratively, maximising collectively on strength.
Let's start by learning about what some studies show barriers to inclusive education are.

As our students get older and many of them are beginning to transit to adulthood, employability is something we need to start focusing on.
Are they ready to integrate into any workforce?
Do they have the skills and the ability to regulate themselves independently?
What opportunities out there can leverage on their strengths and be of interest to them?
Will the society be ready for them?
Have we done enough?
There are a thousand questions to ask and so much more that can be explored and have conversations about.

Today, we share about workplace inclusion.
