Joyful Hearts Music Studio seeks to bring the love and joy of music-making and appreciation to each and every learner, no matter the age. Music-making starts from the cradle with baby classes for newborns all the way to lessons for seniors. Lessons are conducted at a cosy home studio in T
anah Merah equipped with a Kawai K400 upright piano, two Casio 88-key digital pianos with weighted keys for group lessons, a comprehensive music library and an Interactive Learning Station (ILS) to enhance teaching and learning. Ms Sheena holds an Associate of the Trinity College of London in Piano Performance (ATCL) and a DipABRSM in Instrumental Teaching (Classical Piano) from the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music, UK. She is also a licensed teacher of Musikgarten, an early childhood music programme from the US that is based on Montessori principles. Besides this, Ms Sheena also holds a Merit in ABRSM Music Theory Grade 8 and an ABRSM Grade 4 Violin certificate. Other instruments she has experimented playing with are the flute, classical guitar, pop guitar and ukulele.
