The results are in, and we couldn't be prouder. 🌟

✅ 98.77% network pass rate
✅ 8 out of 11 campuses: 100% pass rate

Our hearts are filled with pride as GIIS Kuala Lumpur students had the honour of performing at a grand event in Kuala Lumpur, where Honourable PMO India Shri Narendra Modi, and Honourable Prime Minister of Malaysia PMO Malaysia Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, addressed a large gathering of the Indian diaspora at the Mines Convention Centre.

Our talented students beautifully rendered the National Anthems of India and Malaysia, symbolising unity, respect, and the strong bond between the two nations. 🌏✨

We are also proud to share that Mr. Atul Temurnikar, Chairman, Global Schools Group, was present at this prestigious occasion, and GIIS teachers volunteered to support the event, reflecting our community’s spirit of service and commitment.

Today was a proud moment for the GIIS Tokyo and its parent organisation Global Schools Group as we were conferred with the prestigious Deming Prize for Total Quality Management 🏆

This is a milestone achievement for Global Indian International School (GIIS) Tokyo after 7 years of dedicated and diligent steps towards quality service and continuous improvements that has resulted in placing the campus among the world's best institutions. Not to forget the hard work and support of our Team from Global Centre of Education Excellence, which fronted the project and ensured the win!

Awarded by the Union of Japanese Scientists and Engineers (JUSE), the Deming Prize is one of the world’s most esteemed recognitions for organisations that exemplify innovation, operational excellence, and a culture of continuous improvement.

This achievement celebrates GIIS Tokyo’s unwavering commitment to high-quality education, consistent innovation, and excellence in every aspect of the student experience. It also marks a historic moment — as GIIS becomes the first educational institution in the world to receive this prestigious honour.

Global Excellence Day & MCOP 2025 | 22–24 Sept
Global Excellence Day (GED) and Mock Conference of the Parties (MCOP) 2025 brought together over 220 students and teachers from five GEOs, Singapore, India, Japan, Malaysia, and the Middle East, for three days of innovation, collaboration, and climate action.

The 6th edition of GED, themed SPARK: Schools Pioneering AI, Resilience, and Kaizen, saw 39 student teams present impactful projects inspired by Quality Circle methodologies. The event also launched the Book of Excellence, featuring all team synopses, and concluded with 31 awards recognising creativity and innovation.

Alongside, MCOP 2025, Asia’s first youth-led climate conference for K–12 students, united young leaders under the theme Adapt. Value. Restore. Repeat. Students co-created the GSG MCOP 2025 Declaration, pledging ecosystem restoration projects aligned with the UN Decade of Ecosystem Restoration.

Together, GED and MCOP showcased Global Schools Group’s vision of empowering students to lead with purpose, innovation, and climate consciousness.
