Dinner rush အချိန်ပါ။ Order တွေ ဆက်တိုက် ဝင်လာနေပါတယ်။
Customer တွေ စောင့်နေကြပြီး Team အားလုံး ဖိစီးမှုရှိနေပါတယ်။
သင့် colleague ကို မြန်မြန် လုပ်စေချင်ပေမယ့် စကားပြောပုံ မမှန်ရင် စိတ်မကောင်းမှု ဖြစ်နိုင်ပါတယ်။
❌ ဒီလို မပြောပါနဲ့
“Hurry up lah.”
“Faster can or not?”
💬 ဒီလို ပြောပါ
1️⃣ “Can you help me speed this up?”
ဒီအလုပ်ကို မြန်မြန်လုပ်ဖို့ ကူညီပေးနိုင်မလား။
2️⃣ “We’re getting busy. Let’s move a bit faster.”
Busy ဖြစ်လာနေပါတယ်။ နည်းနည်း မြန်မြန် လုပ်ကြရအောင်။
3️⃣ “I’ll take this side, you handle that.”
ဒီဘက်ကို ငါလုပ်မယ်။ အဲဒီဘက်ကို မင်း ကိုင်ပါ။
4️⃣ “Let’s clear this first.”
ဒါကို အရင်ပြီးအောင် လုပ်ကြရအောင်။
5️⃣ “We can do this.”
လုပ်နိုင်ပါတယ်။
Busy hour မှာ Tone အရေးကြီးပါတယ်။

Customer က “This is not what I ordered.” လို့ မကျေနပ်စွာ ပြောပါတယ်။
ဒီအချိန်မှာ သင့်အသံနဲ့ စကားလုံးက Situation ကို ပြောင်းလဲနိုင်ပါတယ်။
❌ ဒီလို မပြောပါနဲ့
“That’s not my fault.”
“You ordered this what.”
Defensive ဖြစ်ပြီး Professional မဖြစ်ပါဘူး။
💬 ဒီလို ပြောပါ
1️⃣ “I’m sorry for the mistake. Let me fix it for you.”
အမှားအတွက် တောင်းပန်ပါတယ်။ ပြင်ပေးပါမယ်။
2️⃣ “Thank you for letting us know.”
အသိပေးတဲ့အတွက် ကျေးဇူးတင်ပါတယ်။
3️⃣ “Let me check that for you.”
စစ်ဆေးပေးပါမယ်။
4️⃣ “We’ll replace it immediately.”
ချက်ချင်း ပြန်လဲပေးပါမယ်။

1️⃣ “I’ve completed the task.”
တာဝန်ကို ပြီးမြောက်ပါပြီ။
2️⃣ “Is there anything else I can help with?”
နောက်ထပ် ကူညီစရာ ရှိပါသလား။
3️⃣ “Please let me know if you need anything.”
လိုအပ်တာရှိရင် ပြောပါနော်။
4️⃣ “I’m ready for the next task.”
နောက်ထပ် အလုပ်အတွက် အဆင်သင့်ပါ။

Customer တစ်ယောက် Counter ရှေ့မှာ စောင့်နေတာ ကြာလာပြီး စိတ်မရှည်သလို မြင်ရပါတယ်။
ဒီအချိန်မှာ သင်ပြောတဲ့ စကားလုံးက Service Image ကို ဆုံးဖြတ်နိုင်ပါတယ်။

“Wait ah.”
Casual ဖြစ်ပြီး Professional မဖြစ်ပါဘူး။

😓Burnt Out ဖြစ်တဲ့အထိ အလုပ်လုပ်စရာလိုလို့လား။

👉“I’m just so burnt out.”
“ငါ တော်တော်လေး ပင်ပန်းပြီး စိတ်လောင်ကျွမ်းသလို ဖြစ်နေပြီ။”
😓Burn out ဆိုတာဟာ အလုပ်များလွန်းခြင်း၊ စိတ်ဖိစီးမှုများလွန်းခြင်းကြောင့်
စိတ်အား၊ ကိုယ်အား နှစ်ခုလုံး ပင်ပန်းနွမ်းနယ်ပြီး အားကုန်သလို ဖြစ်သွားခြင်းကို ဆိုလိုပါတယ်။
Examples:
I’m starting to burn out at work.
→ အလုပ်မှာ စိတ်နဲ့ကိုယ် ပင်ပန်းလွန်းပြီး အားကုန်သလို ဖြစ်လာနေတယ်။
She burned out after working nonstop for months.
→ လများစွာ မနားဘဲ အလုပ်လုပ်ပြီးနောက် သူမ စိတ်အားလုံးဝ ကုန်သွားတယ်။
