Today we had Five Multi Grain Rice
with onsen egg, salmon sashimi, cucumber, seaweed
This rice is healthy and organic. And it's pretty good...
Multi Grain Rice is similar in texture to red/brown rice.. and a complex carb group that doesn't easily raise our body's sugar levels. Healthier option

First time cycling together 50 km 👏
Today it's Hari Raya Haji holiday, there's more time to relax.
Instead of sleeping, it's better to ride a bike and breathe fresh air..
Coach Ridwan planned the route.. I didn't expect it to be 52km back and forth .. in the last 4-5km, my legs were getting tired. I was riding mountain bike which is heavier than Ridwan's road bike.
But we completed everything planned.. And even though my feet were tired, I was still able to breathe normally 👍👍👍

My healthy breakfast this morning. What's your breakfast today?
Cranberry Smoothie Bowl
•Chocolate Shake
