Our 3-Day Contemporary Dance Beginner Workshop is created especially for adult ballet students and complete beginners who are ready to explore something new.

While ballet teaches precision and technique, contemporary dance invites you to breathe, flow, connect with music, and express yourself in a whole new way. The two styles beautifully complement each other, helping you become a stronger, more versatile dancer.

Over three inspiring days, you’ll learn the foundations of contemporary dance in a supportive and encouraging environment—no previous experience needed.

Join us this Singapore National Day for a 1-Day Adult Ballet Jump Workshop designed to help you improve your jumping technique from the ground up.
