Creative Wellness Workshop for International Women’s Day

Yesterday I had the joy of facilitating a therapeutic art workshop, “Connect With Your Inner Guide”, organised by Authentic Women Asia as a pre-celebration of International Women's Day at Orchard Central.

The room was filled with beautiful energy as women gathered to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with their inner voice through intuitive art-making.

It was a deeply meaningful session — filled with sharing, laughter, and moments of self-discovery. Grateful to witness such a supportive and empowering circle of women.

Art can be a gentle yet powerful tool for reflection, connection, and empowerment.

I had an inspiring coaching session with Vincent lately. It was my first time exploring goal-setting through metaFox cards, and the experience was so fresh, meaningful, and eye-opening. The cards opened up new perspectives, and our conversation flowed in such an organic way.

We also brainstormed how to combine my therapeutic art with his coaching using metaFox cards for our upcoming 2026 workshop, crafted especially for individuals who want to set powerful, aligned goals for the new year.
