Officers and Volunteer Leaders from Area 14 took to the range at Home Team Academy for their annual shoot —an intense preliminary round with the eyes on the finals.

We had the privilege of training the next generation of Cadet Leaders from Area 14 at the recent *_Cadet Leader Basic Training Course (CLBTC)_* held at ACS (Barker).

This half-day course wasn’t just about drills and procedures — it was about shaping mindset, building character, and cultivating the heart to lead.

It was truly inspiring to see our Sec 3 cadets lead with humility, ask with curiosity, and serve with purpose. The journey ahead won’t be easy — but that’s where real leaders are made.

To all who took part: this is just the beginning.

On 12 July, Area 14 conducted our Inter-Unit Drill Competition (IUDC) Qualifying Round! We would like to commend all participating cadets for their relentless effort and time they had put in to hone their drills and prepare for the competition. Good job to all for putting in great efforts! 👏

A HUGE congratulations to Gan Eng Seng School and Queensway Secondary School for emerging as the top 2 Teams in the Qualifying Round and advancing to the preliminary round at Zonal level 🥳! We wish them all the best for the preliminary round!!

The Area also would like to thank the Area instructors and officers for planning the Area IUDC. Special thanks to Queensway Secondary School for hosting the qualifying round.
