మాసాల వారీగా ఆహార నియమాలు (వ్రతాలు)

*జులై 29 – ఆగస్టు 27, 2026:* ఆకుకూరలు తీసుకోకూడదు (*శాక వ్రతం*).

*ఆగస్టు 28 – సెప్టెంబర్ 25, 2026:* పెరుగు లేదా తోడుపెట్టిన పదార్థాలు తీసుకోకూడదు (*దధి వ్రతం*).
