David King has worked with nearly 50 schools in the past four years as a trainer, coach, mentor and speaker, specializing mainly in Motivational, Life-Skills, Study-Skills, Service-Learning. Social-Entrepreneurship Time-Out (Youths-At-Risk) and Social Skills programs. He also do personal coaching with students and parents who want the help in a deeper level. One of his big rewards in life is his first book “From Adversity To University” where he sold 3,000 copies in schools within 8 months. He has encouraged inspired and changed many lives through his book his story and life. From a gangster who spent 8 years in jail, he turned his life around during incarceration by attempting “N”, “O” and “A” levels. His results were extraordinary and he got a scholarship from SMU. After his release, he worked hard to graduate from Singapore Management University, majoring in Psychology and Organizational Behavior & Human Resources. He has shown hope and crushed impossibilities in life by overcoming adversities. Today, he has worked with more than 10,000 individuals-students, parents, teachers, church and corporate organizations and Ministries. Some of recent clients are Ministry Of Education (Primary & Secondary Schools), Ministry Of Finance (Vital) & Ministry of Social and Family Development.
