Teaching is one of the few vocations in the world that requires a lot more than just academic qualifications; it is a meaningful journey that needs the love and patience to nur
From a little red dot to a nation that punches above its weight. Singapore's story has always been proof of what's possible when a community believes in something bigger than itself.
Here's to the next generation carrying that same spirit forward, one small act of courage and kindness at a time.
Happy 61st National Day, Singapore!
Safeguarding isn't a one-day lesson. It's a language we're helping children build, one small word at a time.
This Busy Bees Safeguarding Day, our preschool brands came together for one simple reason: when children know how to name their feelings, recognise a trusted adult, and use their voice, they are better equipped to feel safe in the world.
Through crafts, conversations and a shared pledge, we gave that language a chance to take root, because confidence to speak up isn't something a child is simply born knowing. It's something we build together, moment by moment, with parents and especially the educators they meet every day.

π How do we Bee Safe, Bee Kind, and Bee Brave?
This Safeguarding Day, we handed the mic to our little ones to ask their teachers exactly that β because every big lesson starts with a curious question.
Safety isn't just about rules. It's kind words when a friend is upset. It's knowing who to turn to when something feels wrong. It's finding the courage to speak up, ask for help, and use our voices.
A safe childhood begins with caring adults and a community that listens. That's the kind of environment we strive to create every day, where children feel safe, heard and valued as they grow with kindness, confidence and courage.
This Safeguarding Day, we're holding special activities across all our centres to help every child feel safe, heard and valued. π Stay tuned for highlights from the day!
Children NOTICE everything. π
We decided to ask 6 children what their dads always say... and honestly? π The accuracy is alarming.
These tiny mimics have been paying attention this whole time, dad. Your cover is officially blown!
Happy Father's Day to every dad. You're the best. We see you. Your children definitely see you. π₯Ή
From all of us at Busy Bees Asia, thank you for all the ways you show up, support, and love your children every single day. They notice it all. π
Our second Centre Directors Gathering of 2026 brought together Centre Leaders from across Busy Bees Singapore for a meaningful day of learning, reflection, and connection β centred around understanding not only ourselves better, but also one another as we continue building stronger teams together. π€
Bringing together our Centre Directors, District Managers, Heads of Brands, and HQ leadership, the session created space for important conversations on safeguarding, leadership consistency, communication, and collaboration across our centres.
Through a light-hearted self-assessment activity inspired by different βtrue coloursβ, our leaders explored their natural communication and working styles while gaining deeper appreciation of the different strengths, perspectives, and approaches within their teams. It was a valuable reminder that strong teamwork comes not from everyone being the same, but from understanding how to better support and work alongside one another.
From Dr Maxineβs workshop sessions to team bonding activities and purposeful discussions, the gathering encouraged honest conversations, shared learning, and stronger alignment β helping our leaders continue fostering positive, supportive environments for both educators and families.
As we move forward together, we remain committed to strengthening a culture of care, trust, and collaboration, while keeping children at the heart of everything we do. π
Selamat Hari Raya Haji from all of us at Busy Bees Asia. πβ¨
On this meaningful occasion, we celebrate the values of compassion, gratitude and togetherness. These are values that continue to shape the way we care, learn and grow as a community.
Wishing our families, educators and partners a blessed celebration filled with warmth, kindness and meaningful moments with your loved ones.
A simple question. Meaningful and heartfelt answers. π
Across Busy Bees Asia, we asked our children, βWhat do you love most about your mummy?β
Their answers were adorable, sweet and meaningful, reminding us that sometimes, the simplest words say it best.
Happy Motherβs Day to all the wonderful mums who nurture, guide and love unconditionally. β¨
This Labour Day, we celebrate the heart behind everything we do, and the amazing people who make it possible. π
