As AI reshapes industries at an unprecedented pace, one question surfaced repeatedly during today’s 𝐍𝐔𝐒-𝐈𝐒𝐒 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 - 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲: 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬: Are today’s technology leaders truly prepared for what the role now demands?

In a candid and insightful conversation, Mr Chak Kong Soon (Managing Partner, Stream Global Pte Ltd), Ms Pauline Tan (Group Technology Advisor, TVS Motor Company) and our moderator Ms Nadine Yap (Principal Lecturer & Consultant, Digital Products & Platforms Practice, NUS-ISS) reflected on how technology management has evolved over the decades, from the foundations of digital infrastructure to the realities of AI governance and organisational capability building today.

It’s a wrap! In partnership with the Confederation of Indian Industry(𝗖𝗜𝗜) and CII Digital, we successfully delivered the 𝐂𝐈𝐈 𝐁𝐨𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐞 𝐨𝐧 𝐀𝐈 & 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞, an exclusive familiarisation programme designed to help board leaders deepen their understanding of ethical, responsible, and strategic AI adoption.

Over three days, from 18 to 20 May 2026, industry leaders, Board Members, and CXOs from leading Indian conglomerates and major corporations came together to explore the opportunities and challenges of governing AI at scale. This is the fourth run of the programme, and it marks another milestone in the strong partnership between 𝗖𝗜𝗜 and 𝗡𝗨𝗦-𝗜𝗦𝗦.
