Today, I am conducting a new Continuing Professional Development class with 200 participants: Mastering Property Taxation and Calculations: From Acquisition to Disposal.

This course is designed to help real estate salespersons better understand how taxes affect the full property ownership lifecycle, from acquisition and holding costs to eventual disposal.

Property taxation is not just about compliance. It has a direct impact on affordability, cash flow, investment returns, and client decision-making. By strengthening our understanding of the relevant tax implications and calculations, we can provide clearer, more informed guidance to clients at every stage of their property journey.

Grateful for the strong turnout and looking forward to a meaningful session of learning, discussion, and practical application.

Wrapping up another intensive run with our RES Express 399 cohort. The express format is a sprint, and this group brought the focus to match.

Express programmes ask a lot of participants in a short window. It was rewarding to see how seriously this group engaged with the material, asked thoughtful questions and pushed through complex concepts together.
