With regards to a recent social media post by a concerned parent, we would like to clarify that guidelines for student care withdrawal were clearly stated. We thank our parents for understanding this aspect. We do provide waiver exemption if there are specific circumstances.
Parents with specific requests can email to [email protected] and our customer care staff will revert within 5 working days. Please provide your child’s name and school so that our customer care staff can follow-up.
As part of continuous improvement, we will also conduct regular review.
