Immanuel — God With Us
At Christmas, we celebrate more than a birth; we celebrate a promise kept. “Immanuel” means God with us. Not distant. Not uninvolved.
God stepped into our world, into noise and need, joy and pain, so we would never face life alone.
Because of Immanuel, we have hope that lasts beyond a season and peace that reaches our hearts.
This Christmas, may we remember that wherever we are, whatever we carry, God is with us.
Prayer:
God, thank You for coming near through Jesus. Help us to trust Your presence and share Your love with others. Amen.

Christmas came early at St Peter’s Hall! 🎄✨
Every year, we celebrate Christmas at the end of October — just before our students wrap up their term and head off for their break from end-November to January.
It’s always a precious time for our community to gather, exchange gifts, and share in the joy and hope of the Christmas season. ⭐️
This year, we had a wonderful turnout — our chapel was packed, and we even had to bring in extra chairs to make space for family and friends.
We were also blessed by our friends-of-SPH who generously sponsored a scrumptious buffet dinner, complete with three huge turkeys!
We’re deeply grateful for this time of fellowship, laughter, and thanksgiving. ❤️

ICCC Asia 2025 — That’s a wrap!
We concluded the inaugural 5-day stay-in Introduction to Christian Care & Counselling Programme, held at Fraser Place, Puteri Harbour, Johor Bahru.
Organised in collaboration with Waverley Abbey (UK), this programme brought together 27 ministry workers, chaplaincy and pastoral staff across 8 parishes for a time of equipping, reflection, and fellowship.
Over the 5 days, participants were introduced to practical tools for Christian care and counselling, explored biblical foundations for pastoral support, and journeyed together in a safe and supportive environment.
We give thanks for all who came with open hearts to learn and grow — and we look forward to the next chapter in this journey of care.

Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of Lent.
It’s a solemn day that encourages self-examination, prayer and preparation for the Easter season through acts of penance and spiritual discipline.
May the Lenten journey draw us closer to Christ in prayer, fasting and love for others.

< Peterean Leadership Handover Ceremony >
Did you know? Anglican seminarians enrolled in Trinity Theological College are automatically part of the St Peter’s Hall community, affectionately known as Petereans!
Most Petereans pursue a theological diploma or degree and go on to serve in full-time pastoral ministry within the Diocese or Deaneries. At any given time, there are around 30 members in this vibrant community.
The Peterean Leadership Team plays a vital role in supporting the life and growth of the Anglican seminarian community at TTC. Some of the key leadership roles include:
• Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson
• Cluster Leader
• Sacristan
• IT/AV Communications Rep
• Chinese Department Rep
A HUGE thank you to the outgoing leadership team for serving the community with such dedication and love! Your efforts have truly made a difference in fostering a Christ-centered community!
Welcome to the incoming team— thank YOU for stepping up in faith to serve!! May God grant you wisdom, strength, and joy as you lead the Petereans!
