The Nurturing Nook 1:1 early Intervention and literacy sessions for children with special needs

Bernie Lawrence has been in the special needs field for 16 years now and is trained in Learning Disorders Management and Child Psychology. From starting out as an assistant teacher in a class that was catered to children with special needs, to being a shadow teacher in international schools, Bernie has had the pleasure of working with children that needed support for issues related to behaviour ma

nagement and learning delays. Bernie is currently conducting early intervention and literacy sessions full time for children diagnosed with Autism, behavioural issues and learning delays. Working on the necessary skills that would enable little ones to carve out a much better future for themselves She is also a consultant and case manager with a shadow agency that provides shadows for in class (mainstream) support for children with learning delays.
