What happens when a problem hits close to home?

For SUSS CET learner Iermolaiev Volodymyr and the team behind Ajentik AI, their experiences with ageing, caregiving and healthcare sparked an idea: what if technology could make care a little more connected?

That idea became Elderwise.

For final-year SUSS Biomedical Engineering student Nicole Gay, the Social Sustainability Leadership Forum 2026 showed how listening to different perspectives can lead to stronger ideas.

As Head of Facilitators, she also learned that leadership isn’t about having every answer. It’s about helping others contribute, learn from one another and work towards something useful together.

For Esther Kong, joining the SUSS Cuesports team gave her more than an opportunity to compete. It became a space for her to recharge amid her studies, part-time work and family responsibilities, alongside teammates who make every training session worthwhile.
