很多人都认为瘦身要吃得很干净🥙🥗

但是说真的,除非我们有很多时间煮,在外食找健康食物的确很难。而且如果是上班族的你,午餐时间讲究快速,很多人随便打包就可以了。😮‍💨

🗣我不是说这么吃是对的,但我跟我学员说这么做会比较现实,可持续执行。但他们要知道卡路里控制和理解这么做的瘦身会比一般的要更多时间。💃🏻🕺🏻
