Normal glucose doesn't mean you're safe. There may be hidden risks, even among those who are not pre-diabetic.
Welcome to Project RESET!
A 5-year government-funded research initiative to better understand the Singapore population's metabolism, heart, and liver health, as well as lifestyle behaviours to help prevent heart diseases.

Tell your 30+ year old friends -.... if Singapore's HealthSpan is 60-70, you are already halfway through your HealthSpan ..This was striking when I realised it that day.
Here, an LLM pushing for Sleep, VILPA-NEAT, avoid UPF, muscle, and cut out stress (forgive the syntax errors!)
Now is the time to start - act for health!

Day 2 & 3 at the Singapore Muslim Festival 2026! 🌙✨
We’re incredibly grateful for the warm response, meaningful conversations, and collaboration opportunities that came our way over the past three days. Meeting so many members of the Malay/Muslim community gave us valuable insights and reaffirmed the importance of inclusive outreach in health research.
A heartfelt thank you to Jamiyah Singapore for the opportunity to be part of this event—we truly appreciate the support and hope to continue engaging with the community in future initiatives. 💙

We had the privilege of hosting the Garmin Health team for an insightful session on wearable technology and its growing role in clinical research. We also joined nearly 200 researchers, professors, and clinicians at the seminar “The Value of Consumer Wearables in Research.”
The discussions highlighted how rapidly digital health is evolving and how interdisciplinary collaboration is shaping the future of research. With perspectives from leaders at Garmin Health and Project RESET, we explored how high-quality wearable data is enabling real-world data collection, supporting digital biomarkers, and unlocking deeper insights into behaviour, sleep, stress, and recovery.
It was energising to connect with such a forward-thinking academic and clinical community. Excited to continue advancing digital health research together. 🤝📊
Thank you for your valuable insights:
•Jörn Watzke – Garmin Health Business Insights
• Scott Burgett – Capabilities and Trends of Sensor Technology & the Garmin Health Ecosystem
•Dr. Laura Willinger – Garmin Health in Research & Clinical Trials

A huge thank you to the Garmin Health team for flying in from Germany and the USA to spend three meaningful days with our RESET data team! ✨
This hands-on workshop helped us dive deep into Garmin’s data structure and better understand how to analyse the rich wearable data collected from the watches worn by our RESET participants. Together, we aligned on a clear roadmap to transform raw data into analysis-ready insights that can drive meaningful research outcomes.
We’re excited to be working closely with Garmin Health to unlock the full potential of wearable technology in advancing heart health research.
