“What Mental Health needs is more sunlight, more candor, more unashamed and open conversations.”— Glenn Close

All of us face various challenges and struggles in our daily lives, and this may be exacerbated by the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic where we are all forced to be isolated from each other. You may feel lost, angry, sad, confused, all at the same time. We hope that through TEMPESTUOUS, we are able to shed light on the importance of mental health. We have invited 3 guest speakers who will be sharing more on their journey and thoughts on what mental health is to them.

As 19th Committee’s last event, we hope that Tempestuous will be able to spark meaningful conversations on mental health and let everyone know that “it is okay not to be okay”. Stay tuned to the TEMPESTUOUS series this week!
