Saying goodbye to Axel, a familiar face who brought a welcome warmth to the studio whenever he dropped by.
We’ll miss those occasional moments and the chaos his presence brought.

Rest well, Axel.

[Throwback]

The spatial design of the SNACK by Income booth is focused on being welcoming from every side. We used offset walls to create a welcoming environment that encourages visitors to wander in from multiple angles and recessed areas to create an open but immersive environment that encourages exploration from multiple angles across the exhibition floor.
This journey is designed to culminate in a central demo space, providing a tangible outcome that allows visitors to engage with the brand’s logic.
By using these spatial shifts to mirror the flow of a daily routine, the design serves as a bridge, making the transition to a new financial model feel both natural and intuitive.

[Throwback]

When we collaborated with Income to launch SNACK, bite-sized insurance was a new concept for the market.
To make this financial model feel more familiar, we focused on translating insurance logic into the context of daily life. - Simplify and demonstrate – Part of the booth was converted into an ezlink terminal in the bus, framing that moment into priming their understanding of the context of the product.
We approached this by focusing on the approachability of the content itself, translating complex insurance logic into the context of daily life.
To achieve this, we anchored the experience in everyday activities such as shopping (Shop & Cover), shooting hoops (Play & Cover), or buying a coffee (Drink & Cover), to encourage genuine participation and commitment.
