Now in its highly successful 7th installment , The Foundation Surgical Skills Course’s will impart a strong and comprehensive surgical foundation for the attending surgeon. As with all previous courses, FSSC courses will include pre-dissection lectures and hands on dissection on fresh cadavers with a high tutor to attendee ratio. The 3rd FSSC will include 2 new components in addition to rhinology and otology : a full 2 day cadaveric facial dissection course with a focus on fundamental facial anatomy important for facial plastic and reconstructive surgery, and a 1 day basic LASER and microlaryngoscopy course focusing on laser theory and safety with a chance for hands on LASER application within the head and neck.
